Distribution center featuring a Vertique automated warehousing system installed in 2012. Elements you will see on this tour:
- Automated picking systems.
- High-speed conveying, sortation, and palletization.
- End to End visualization and control systems.
Mondelēz Global LLC Biscuit Direct Store Delivery Branch
One of 47 branches delivering direct to stores to support the Biscuit business. Elements you will see on this tour:
- Pick to light & ring scanning technology to drive 100% accurate orders.
- Cross dock replenishment direct to picking line and conveyor belt.
- Integrated lean Six Sigma approach to Warehouse and Transportation processes.
